Preamble
The refund and return policy is valid for a period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the shipping date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, the invoice is required.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own.
- Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Special offers
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Special offers cannot be refunded.
Replacements
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email me at info@design2carrie.de.
Shipping of returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the returned item has been received.
